Welcome to Jan’s Confections. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Orders & Customization

All products are made to order and customized based on customer requests. Customers must provide complete and accurate details, including design, size, flavor, colors, and special instructions.

We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments to ensure quality and structural stability.


2. Payment Terms

A down payment (deposit) or full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.


3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • If cancellation is made 7 days or more in advance, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a future order.
  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days before, the down payment is non-refundable.

4. Order Changes

Changes to orders must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date. We cannot guarantee changes for last-minute requests.


5. Pickup & Delivery

Customers must arrive on time for pickup or be available for delivery. Once the order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


6. Product Care

All products are perishable. Proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer after pickup or delivery.


7. Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering.


8. Limitation of Liability

Jan’s Confections is not responsible for any damages, allergic reactions, or issues that occur after the product has been received by the customer.
