Returns & Refunds

At Jan’s Confections, all products are custom-made and perishable. Because of this, we have the following policy:


1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any baked goods.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The order is significantly different from what was agreed upon
  • The product is damaged before pickup or delivery

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.


3. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date
  • If cancelled within 7 days, the down payment is non-refundable
  • Deposits secure your booking and time slot

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Late cancellations (less than 7 days)
  • Change of mind
  • Minor design differences
  • Damage after pickup or delivery
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

5. Resolution

If a valid issue is reported, we may offer:

  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement (depending on the situation)
