Returns & Refunds
At Jan’s Confections, all products are custom-made and perishable. Because of this, we have the following policy:
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns on any baked goods.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The order is significantly different from what was agreed upon
- The product is damaged before pickup or delivery
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Cancellations & Deposits
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date
- If cancelled within 7 days, the down payment is non-refundable
- Deposits secure your booking and time slot
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Late cancellations (less than 7 days)
- Change of mind
- Minor design differences
- Damage after pickup or delivery
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
5. Resolution
If a valid issue is reported, we may offer:
- Partial refund
- Store credit
- Replacement (depending on the situation)
